This Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP) has been developed to satisfy obligations under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (POEO Act) and associated Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011 (POELA Act).

As per the requirements of Section 66(6) of the POEO Act licensees must make pollution monitoring data publicly available within 14 working day. The results of this monitoring have been recorded in the following documents. Data from 2021 to 2025 can be found by clicking on this link.
